OVERVIEW

This mini series offers story-driven insights that delve into some of the most interesting individuals across the Northern Territory. Produced in collaboration with Tourism Northern Territory, Qantas and Untitled Film Works, this inflight series introduces travellers across the Qantas network to several unique experiences that are available in the Top End. Featuring Pedro Wonaeamirri of Jilamara Art Centre, Anthony Lorenzo of Tiwi Island Adventures, bush tucker specialist Leslie Gordon and Senior Elder Djambawa Marawili.

THE FILM

‘Our Town’ episodes were shot in some of the most remote regions of Northern Territory. In order to access the locations the skeleton crew engaged with local operations and custodians of the land. The team had to be dynamic to work efficiently and following local knowledge fundamental to capturing all the stories within the 3-day period.

THE LOCATION

Shooting for Episode 02 took place across the Top End of the Northern Territory, with the aim of inspiring viewers to visit this unique region. Made possible by Tourism NT, we worked together to establish the most compelling stories in the most breathtaking locations. From the swamplands of the Darwin coastline to the remote communities in East Arnhem, this series showcases some of the best tourism experiences Australia has to offer.
